Interesting because “weasel words” are essentially one of the most commonly used rhetorical devices used by the cable news media. I don’t think they call them weasel words though…

Summer Driving Season
I’m getting pretty accustomed to watching the price of gasoline ratchet up this time of year, as I start to ride my bike to work regularly past the Moto-mart and note the price of a gallon of regular.
The story is the same every year — it’s the onset of the Summer Driving Season. Oddly enough, there’s no entry at Wikipedia on the Summer Driving Season. I’ve exhausted my appetite for research on the subject — does anyone have any hard data demonstrating that this thing actually exists, or do we all just take it on blind faith?
I’d love to see a graph showing gallons consumed at the pump — week by week over a course of years. Anyone have a link handy?
